Become part of Team Accelerate Maryland
Membership in Team Accelerate Maryland Track Club is open to select boys and girls between the ages of 6 and 18. To be eligible to compete, all athletes must maintain a 2.0 grade point average.
Please understand that when you join the club, you are committing to attend scheduled practices and Saturday and or Sunday meets. Excessive absences may be addressed and athletes who miss a number of practices may not be allowed to run in the meets, or in severe cases, may be asked to leave the team.
To join the club, each athlete must:
• Have the permission of their parent or guardian to participate.
• Complete the required paperwork and turn it in to the team Membership Coordinator along with any payment due.
• Pay all required fees NO LATER THAN April 30, 2009
• New Team Accelerate members MUST attend the first day of practice and should wear workout attire for possible
assessment to pre-determine potential events.
• Returning Team Accelerate members should print out the required paperwork from the web site and submit all paperwork
along with fees by mail, or at practice.
• Returning Team Accelerate members ONLY may send their forms and payments to:

CLUB FEES
For the 2010 season, the basic membership fee is $300 for the first child.
This fee covers the following expenses:
• Uniform (fee will be adjusted for returning members who do not require new uniforms)
• USATF and/or AAU Membership
• Meet/Team Fees (fee will be reduced by $20 for high school students who do not compete with Team Accelerate Maryland
in May)
Note: Fees do not include additional expenses associated with Regional and National Qualifying Meets, and do not cover travel expenses
